Chilli Oil from Welovemanfood – a spicy pouring oil with fried chilli flakes, dried onion and green Sichuan peppercorn.
Drizzle over noodles, dumplings, eggs, pizza or grilled meat, or use as a dipping oil. Warm heat, citrus-pepper tingle from Sichuan pepper, and a crunchy chilli-onion sediment in every jar.
Usage instructions
Shake or stir before use so the chilli and onion mix through the oil. Drizzle over noodles, rice, dumplings, eggs, avocado, pizza or grilled meat. Use as a dipping oil for bread, dumplings or spring rolls. Add a spoonful to stir-fries at the end for heat and aroma. Start with a little — the Sichuan peppercorn gives a tingling heat as well as chilli warmth.
